After 10 years in the market, a regarded and unique premium product had stalled sales and had lost its main global distributor.

ACTION:
We found an outdated brand, no differentiation, no marketing support and inefficient global distribution. Through research and knowledge of the clinical sector, we uncovered their unique selling proposition, rebranded all elements, created a consistent promotional, marketing and sales strategy and got the brand relevant and ready for global launch
